Brian, creating everyday
Brian, creative in every-way

Creative Brian has a creative brain
His morning routine is never the same

Sometimes it’s coffee, sometimes it’s tea
One day he’ll wear pants, others he’ll hang free

His clothes never match, dressing is always rushed
Hair is rarely combed, but teeth are always brushed

His socks are very colourful, not one pair is matched
Some date back to the sixties, some of them are patched

Paint flicks on his off white shirt, make it seem more vibrant
The finger dashes of white plaster, perhaps look a little violent

The whirlwind that is his mind, travels at the speed of light
Neural connections are rapid, he’s switched on and he is bright

Never to walk the trodden path, he can be somewhat erratic
But when it comes to his art, creations are enigmatic

Whether it be a paintbrush, a pencil, or a pen
Lyric or a sketch, he produces time and again

Brian observes people, places and things
It’s the little details, the joy that it brings

A simple exchange of words, or a look
A person on a train, reading a book

An Indian lady draped in fine silk
A baby crying over spilt milk

Brian is creative, in every-way
And Brian is creating, everyday.
