I woke up this morning
And it was still dark,
So I went into to see my daddy
But he wasn’t awake,
He was snoring too,
I thought this was really funny.
So I crept up to,
The end of the bed,
And lifted up the sheet.
I could see his toes,
All cozy and snug,
So I started to tickle his feet.
He woke up quickly,
His feet disappeared,
Then he started to wriggle.
He sat up straight,
Rubbing his eyes,
Saw me, then started to giggle.
I jumped on the bed,
And then on his tummy,
Got under the sheets all snug,
He ruffled my hair,
Tickled my tummy,
Then gave me the biggest of hugs.
